November 1st between the services: First Sunday Parish Breakfast. Please bring a breakfast dish to share if you are able and join in the food and fellowship.

Thursday Nov. 19th, 6pm:  The Celebration of New Ministry with Bishop Richards, followed by a reception in Close Hall. 

​

The Celebration of New Ministry is a worship service which marks the call of a new rector to the church. It recalls the covenantal nature of this shared ministry. And it is a beautiful celebration of the life of St. Paul's, which includes the participation of many members who represent the different ministries of St Paul's. Our Bishop, The Rt. Rev. Daniel Richards, will preside and preach at the service. We will continue the celebration afterwards with a reception in Close Hall. Please mark your calendar and plan to join us if you are able!

CHERRY HILL FARM FALL FESTIVAL​

​

Sunday, October 25th. Families (Nursery, Kids' Corner, All Youth) are invited to join us in the Fellowship Hall following worship, for lunch (provided) and then on to the Cherry Hill Farm Fall Festival (1950 Oakdale Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29740). We will enjoy corn mazes (one for little ones and one for taller ones), hayrides, barnyard games, feeding the animals, and more. Admission is covered. Please make your reservation with Jane Kilpatrick by Friday, October 23rd. Guaranteed Fun!!

FORT MILL SCARECROW CRAWL

 

​Enjoy a stroll through Fort Mill’s Scarecrow Crawl between October 2nd and 31st.  Our entry is #93 and is located on N. White St near the Farmer’s Market.  Voting for the People’s Choice is open from October 7th-25th on the Town of Fort Mill’s Facebook page.

Beginning October 20th at 11:00 AM, Tuesday Book Study meets in Close Hall.  Our first regular book will be Being God's Image: Why Creation Still Matters, by Carmen Joy Imes. It is available from Amazon in soft cover or on Kindle for $14.99. 

 

We are a welcoming, caring, non-judging group of people who find meaning and purpose in reading and discussing a wide variety of often challenging books related to our faith. We would love to have you join us if you are interested. Please don't stay away because you may feel you "don't know enough." We are all learning! Information about our next book will be available soon.​​

Kids' Corner (K-4th grade) begins at 10:15 AM each Sunday. Child-centered adults engage children in learning biblical concepts in age-appropriate ways. The curriculum, Whole People of God, is lectionary-based so children and adults learn about the same scriptures each week. Children join their families during The Peace, before communion.
